How to use Merge PDF
- Choose two or more PDF files. Add more files with the same picker if needed.
- Use the up and down buttons to put the documents in reading order.
- Select Merge PDFs, then download the combined document.
A closer look
Bring invoices, reports, or application documents into a single file without printing and scanning them. Pages are copied in the order shown, retaining their original page dimensions. The source files are not changed. Keep a separate copy of any signed original: assembling a new PDF does not preserve a digital signature’s validity.

Combine a two-page application and a three-page attachment to download one five-page PDF, with the application first.
A useful tip
Check the final page order before sharing. Interactive forms, bookmarks, and document-level attachments may not carry over when pages are copied.

Will merging reduce quality?
Pages are copied rather than converted to images, so text and page artwork are not deliberately rasterized or recompressed.
Can I merge protected PDFs?
Encrypted PDFs are not supported. Export an unencrypted copy from an application where you have permission to open the document.
