How to use Reverse Text

A closer look
Character mode reverses visible text units, keeping combined accents and joined emojis together. Word mode reverses whitespace-separated pieces and puts a single space between them; punctuation attached to a word stays attached. Line mode moves whole lines from last to first while keeping the writing within each line intact. These are ordering changes, not translations or right-to-left language conversion.
A practical example
Word mode changes one two three to three two one. Line mode reverses the order of entire list entries without reversing the letters inside each entry.

Choose line order to turn a newest-first list into an oldest-first list without scrambling the entries themselves.

No. Word mode joins the reversed pieces with spaces. Choose line mode when line breaks matter.
